Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions declare the responsibilities, rights and obligations of all parties involved in this Agreement. These terms can be altered or amended without given notice.
Before committing to this contract, please ensure all details given are accurate and all information is complete.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
2.1 An accurate description of your property must be provided at the time of the booking. London Carpet Cleaner Ltd reserves the right to amend or alter any given prices quotes should extra work need to be carried out.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel your order or made additional charges if the information provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect.
2.3 Access to your property must be available at the time of your service.
(a) A minimum charge of £50 will be added to your total payment if our cleaners are unable to gain access to your property.
2.4 You must supply credit or debit card details to secure your appointment.
(a) When paying by credit card there is an additional 2% charge.
2.5 Once your appointment has been confirmed, a slot will be reserved for the performance of the service. The company is not responsible for delays in service that are out of our control. These include, but are not limited to, traffic issues, adverse weather conditions, or other major disruptions.
2.6 If any parking fees or fines are incurred during the performance of the service it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these are paid in full.
3. Pricing and Payment:
3.1 Our services are payable in cash or by card. Payments will be taken over the telephone at the beginning of the service. Cheques are not accepted.
3.2 Our prices are based on the minimum charge of the service we are required to provide.
3.3 Some additional charges may be added. These can include a fee of £11.50 as a congestion charge, or a charge if your property is located outside of M25.
4. Cancellation and Re-scheduling of Appointments:
4.1 If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, an automatic fee of £50 will apply without further notice.
4.2 Bookings that need to be rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a fee of £25.
5.1 Adequate lighting and warm running water must be available at the property for the convenience of our teams. Appointments may be cancelled if these requirements are not met. London Carpet Cleaner Ltd reserves the right to cancel any appointment if the wellbeing or health of our staff comes into question.
5.2 London Carpet Cleaner Ltd reserves the right to sub-contract any/all of the services.
5.3 We require that you or a suitable representative are present at the end of the cleaning to declare that you are satisfied with the completed task. If you are unable to be present at the time of completion, the company will accept that you are happy with the service.
6.1 London Carpet Cleaner Ltd will not be held liable in the case of –
(a) discolouration or wear of fabric becoming more visible after the removal of dirt;
(b) pre-existing damage or spillage that cannot completely be removed or cleaned;
(c) damage to wooden floors due to unprotected or unpadded furniture legs;
(d) incomplete services due to a third party entering;
(e) the shrinking of curtains during steam cleaning.
London Carpet Cleaner Ltd strive to deal with any and all issues raised with the service. It is important to note that any complaint filed later than 7 working days from the date the service was provided will not be dealt with.
